Beyond Connections Enrollment Refund Policy

We stand behind the Beyond Connections experience and want you to feel confident in your investment. That's why we offer a satisfaction guarantee for all new enrollees.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you decide Beyond Connections isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your cohort start date. Upon approval, you will receive a refund of your total payment minus a $500 administrative fee, which covers onboarding, platform access, and processing costs.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us at team@connectedsuccess.com within 14 days of program start. Please include your full name, cohort number, and reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

After the 14-Day Window
